Toyo Gosei has always anticipated the times and developed services and products that fit the future. In the 1950s, advanced distillation and refining of imported products that supported the postwar industrialization of heavy industries, safe primary storage of chemical products in the deepest part of Tokyo Bay, and development of delivery services for all types of cargo, including ships, lorries, and drums. In the 1970s, we developed photosensitive materials before the dawn of semiconductors and liquid crystals, and developed and supplied fragrances to the global market for increasing the middle class in developing countries through globalization. Through these activities, Toyo Gosei has attained the position of Global Niche Top.

And now, in the global economy, technological innovation toward the ultra-information society is evolving rapidly. Semiconductor microstructuring, high-speed wireless communication, dramatic increase in storage capacity, computerization of all kinds of data, real-time parallel processing of large amounts of data, the emergence of AI logic ... The era of all devices emitting data and analyzing and processing large amounts of data in real time has become a reality.

With the advancement of miniaturization and high functionality of semiconductors that support it, the demand for advanced photoresist materials such as EUV (extreme ultraviolet) process, which is the main battlefield of Toyo Gosei, is growing for materials of lower metal and ultrafineness.　The market environment that demands high quality and stable supply, further services and improved productivity is a great tailwind for Toyo Gosei. We will support technological innovation around the world by enhancing our stable supply system that satisfies customer quality by polishing with our high-purity synthetic power and refining technologies cultivated since our foundation.
